GARDEN SOUND BATH

Friday March 21st

Enjoy a relaxing Sound Bath in the Garden at Red Desert Dive at their beautiful Oak Forrest Location (2214 W. 34th St, 77018). We will soak up this beautiful weather while we have it! Wear comfortable clothing as we will on the ground for the practice.

No experience required, just an open mind and desire to let go. Sound baths have been known to soothe an anxious mind, relieve tension from the body and lift energy. Experience the crystal bowls and other relaxing instruments.

Please bring:

Yoga mat

Blanket

Pillow

Eye covering

Wear comfortable clothes
