One on One Healing Sessions
When was the last time you felt like your real self? Your breath was easy, felt strong in your decisions, grounded in your body, and open in your heart.
My one on one sessions meet you where you are after your life changing experience and help you get you back home to yourself. When you find yourself not in clear relationship to yourself and all of who you are, it’s time for a clear supported call back.
Your life is sacred, there is no mistake in you being here at this time.
Your true self is unhurried and untangled from outside influences. Your true self has a clear path to your inside world.
These sessions are a transforming guide to self love and care.
These sessions help people:
reconnect to the power of their voice and true knowing after diagnosis or life changing experience
release tension and anger built up in the body
clarity on what it means to be whole and actions you are here to make
connect to deep peace and safety in their body
surrender from being hurried and living outside of themselves
I run an intentional booking process for a personalized experience. Book a fifteen minute clarity phone call and I will design your custom session around your goals and intention then you will receive open times for our sixty minute appointment. My work is a blend of ancient and modern wellness practices from breathwork, healing sound baths, rituals, meditation, energy work , restorative + yin yoga, color therapy, and yoga nidra.
Mindfulness techniques are given as action steps after the session to keep you connected to the power you hold inside.

How it Works
1. Choose IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL Session: Use the corresponding calendar to look for availability
2. Book Your Session: Complete the intake form and purchase your session
3. Arrive: Come open and ready to receive. Things you may want during your session: water bottle, pen and journal if you want to keep notes from our session. If you are participating virtually, you will want to be in a comfortable space with your favorite blanket and eye mask for extra relaxation.
4. What you will receive: A recording of our Zoom session to come back to whenever you need. There are many layers to this healing experience you will want to revisit as things begin to open up.
